Could it be that thing in front of the tires that always get ripped off? See if the other tire has one in front of it.

Oil Change - Plastic parts?
I recently had my local Dodge dealer perform an Oil Change and the attached part was hanging off the car a few miles later and had to be cut off by an 'out of town' Dodge dealer.
Does this part need to be removed during the oil change or did it just come loose?
