What a way to end the season! We never stop being impressed by the potential these cars have. The DA finally worked in our favor and we were able to get some great passes at the last test'n'tune at our local track.

Just to recap on the car, the only mods are pulleys, injectors and an OST Dyno tune. Our Hellcat is equipped with the OST Level 2 Package and optional TCM tuning. Stock gears, stock exhaust including CAT's, stock suspension, stock brakes, no N2O, No E85 conversion, no BAP, no blower porting, no CAI, etc; just a daily driver with pulleys and a tune. Running C16/Q16 at the track and 93 during the week.

Here's a review of the impact of DA on this car. With no changes the car has been raced on 3 different days in the last few weeks with changing DA.
DA: 2800 - ET 9.67
DA: 1500 - ET 9.59
DA: 150 - ET 9.48
DA: -1500 - ET ?

We feel confident this is the quickest "pulleys & tuning only" Hellcat.
We are also confident that this car has the quickest 60' on stock gears (except for our customer's Level 2 cars which have matching 1.37 60's).

If your Hellcat isn't running 9's regularly you need to call or email OST Dyno to schedule an appointment. We're here to help and would love to share what we've learned in order to help meet your ET goals.

What is the secret sauce for the GREAT short time? You're definitely making up for any perceived lack of power by cutting a great 60'.
Tranny tuning? Aggressive in the tune in early RPMs?

Fantastic, Cant wait to get mine there in a few weeks! Any thoughts on how you proceed with the car next?
I am not going to put a bar/cage in this car . The car also went 148.xx mph on a previous run and upping the power (and most likely the MPH) will require a chute. I just can't do that to a gorgeous piece of Mopar equipment. We'll buy a 6 cylinder Challenger and cut it up if we decide to go that route. I think we are going to just play with the 60' and short times. We will be installing the OST "Demon" cam shortly and focus on designing the finalized "Demon Plus" cam. Other than that it's sunny day driving for this car from here on out.

Same here, but I want that 150mph sticker. Lol.

Jack, the TCM tuning is definitely key here. We made a change to a customer's Hellcat at the track Saturday and with no other changes he went from a 1.40-1.41 60' to a 1.37. His car is identical to ours - basically stock except pulleys, injectors and tune. So our car is not a "one off" situation.

Probably a high shift rpm from 1-2 and a very tall tire. That way there was no shift in the first 60 feet. Great job! On the top what pulley size are you using with the overdrive pulley on the bottom?

Raised shifts - yes, but significantly more TCM tuning changes than just raising the shift to get that 60'.
Tall tire - no
Top pulley for Mike George's 1.37 60' - 2.85
Top pulley for my 1.37 60' - 2.65
So the pulley size is not what is directly impacting the 60'.
It really is all in the TCM tuning.
I wish we had a completely stock Hellcat with stickies to test at the track. I bet we could get a stocker to 60' pretty close to that with just TCM tuning (and raising the rev limit in the PCM).

What would it run on straight 93 you think.
I am not sure and won't be attempting to find out. Race fuel is inexpensive compared to the cost of replacing engine components. We run it for daily driving on 93 with a very conservative tune that I would never run it on at the track.
