So, back in the middle of June THIS happened. Was parked in a friend's driveway when this '89 Bronco II (without working parking brake) pops out of gear, rolls down hill, and clobbers my 7 month old Hellcat. 

Damage so far is in excess of $17k. Besides the obvious there is frame damage and buckled floor pan in the trunk and under the rear seat. The quarter panel was on back-order for nearly a month so they are just getting into the process of actual repairs now. I went to see her yesterday and it was a sad sight. They are estimating Dixie will be up and running again by end of next week.
Needless to say I'm going to go for a diminished value claim in addition to the repairs. With it being damage in excess of 25% of the value plus frame damage... if I ever did want to sell or trade I'd take a pretty heavy hit.
Anyone have any similar experiences or advice to share?
