My 2013 SRT8 Charger paired just fine with my Note 3, but the Hellcat won't. What gives? The phone isn't an old model, so that's not it. Yes, the Note 4 came out recently, but the Note 3 is still being sold.

So are you able to see UConnect come up when your phone Bluetooth scans for devices after you've specified your car to pair a new phone?

Yes. But then it says "unable to communicate with Uconnect". It never had this problem before.

Try this, go into the old Uconnect profile on your Bluetooth list of devices it remembered in the past and ask it to delete or forget it. Then try pairing it again. I've had it to where there was a glitch with an android and iPhone where it thought UConnect was the old Bluetooth profile. I meant to say do this on your phone

This just happened in the 15 hellcat my husband deleted my phone and reconnected it again, and it worked. ..I have an android .
Wish I could delete it and try again. ...but it won't recognize it for the first time so there's nothing to delete.

My issue is that it will not stay properly paired and fixed. Part of the paring will work, while other parts come and go or quit working all together. Enough to piss off the Pope!

I'm having the exact same problem. Have you figured it out? What service do you have?

I had a problem with my car and my old HTC One. I could not get it to keep a connection. Every other phone worked so I replaced the phone. No problems since.
