I had one and used it for a few weeks, then sold it. I hoped it would help the throttle lag in the M6. Often when giving gas while letting out the clutch the lag would force me to push on the clutch again to give the throttle another 1/4 sec or so to catch up. The PC did not help at all. It does what is advertises, but it does not fix inherent characteristics.

OK, so I haven't lost my mind? I swear that sometimes when I'm leaving from a stop in first it seems like I get no throttle response and have to re-engage the clutch to keep from bogging. Only happens when I'm in traffic and the person in front of me catches me off gaurd doing the hypermiling thing or I'm first at a light next to a LEO 🤷‍♂️

Always thought it was just a characteristic of a dual disc clutch since my HC is the first dual disc I've driven (my other cars are single disc).

The stock pedal doesn’t seem that bad until you driven w a pc or a tune. After you do tho, oem seems horrible. Sure you could sell pc here if you get tuned. Even w pc or tune you will still feel a slight hiccup every now n then. Dunno if it’s like my bike and tied into a bunch of different systems or what’s up but sometimes I wish it had a cable

Revisionist history, shameful from someone from FL. I merely pointed out that you were wrong when you said M6's were stupid and implied so were the owners. But it us understandable, we always want to remember things that put us in a better light. BTW: The M6 is waaaay more fun.

BTW: Is the C8 a auto?

You, me and maybe one or 2 others are the only ones I know who have mentioned it (that I know of). To me it sure feels more like throttle lag than clutch grab. Just always need to be ready for it.

I’m wanting to order a pedal commander but I’m wondering if there are better bang for the buck options? My car is still under warranty so I am not wanting to do any major mods just yet. I had seen sprinter also but is it actually better than pedal commander? I understand they don’t add HP but I think they look fun. Having a car that puts a smile on your face is the whole point isn’t it?

Where I’m at in the process is that I think they are cool and all but I’m finding it hard to justify paying $300 for one. If they were priced at around $150 then I would be happier paying that much. I’ve checked Ebay and Mercari but no such luck as of yet. I know it’s a long shot but are there any tricks to getting one cheaper? I know they have the veteran discount deal through GovX but that only knocks off $35 and I’m not really wanting to spend $300 for something I might not even keep. If nothing else I would just put it on my wife’s 300 but if anyone knows some vendor or site that has it for less. Or even a discount code I would greatly appreciate the help.

my experience is they are a check engine light in a box had one on my Hellcat for a year took it in to dealership with a check engine light and the said it was the pedal commander I uninstalled it took it back they cleared codes and been a year now and no codes
Also they said it would void my warranty on the throttle body

Not sure how it could be the Pedal Commander, so many of these in use without this issue. I ran a Pedal Commander for over 2 years in my Hellcat, never had any service engine lights.

Do yourself a favor and remove the Clutch Delay Valve. Grandma’s famous “hangover gravy“ is more consistent than that damn thing. I’m telling ya, once you do that, you’ll feel like a new man.

Yeah, did that a long time ago. Clutch is consistent but the throttle is so flakey at low throttle.

Like others, I‘m not sure PC will hit that itch you’re hoping to scratch but without knowing what feel you’re looking for, it’s a hard guess. If you’re wanting to put a bit more giddy to your mods, maybe these guys have what you’re looking for - DIABLOSPORT
