Parts:
Innovators West - 10% OF Lower Balancer
Griptec 2.80 pulley /w hub
180 degree thermo
Gates belt
Fore innovations twin 525
FIC 1000cc injectors
NGK Spark Plugs

tuned on E85 located in Central Florida in the south east.

if im being honest Im not one of those people that get hung up on how much power a car makes on the Dyno. I really prefer to let my results at the track speak for themselves, but around what HP/TQ range might be expected with this kind of set up?

Im a strong believer in the due diligence of self research, a few posts claim the 2.80 adding an extra 3-4 pounds of boost. Is a solid tune and the parts mentioned about sturdy enough to Assume that I’m not shooting to far out there can somewhere near 1000+ Hp/TQ be expected?

in the future a bigger throttle bottle and porting of the snout and an Interchiller would be in order, which according to very similar builds answers my questions.

I’m also curious as to any benefit of some long tube headers and Charles’s mid pipes in the future could do for me as well?

Full disclosure I have 100% faith in the person handling my car from the get go 1000+ has always been my goal even though it took some self convincing I know I’d like to be up there, my builder is claiming that I will be, but I guess I won’t know for sure until I get the car back and dyno it.

Thanks in advance, any input on the build is greatly appreciated, because regardless the parts have already been installed, just waiting for the tune to get fleshed out. Curiosity has just been nagging at me and I can’t think of any group of people to ask their opinion than y’all on this forum.

hope y’all have a wonderful day, god bless 🙂

Just about everyone on here has more experience and knowledge than me, but spinning the blower that fast is going to build a ton of heat, especially in Florida weather. I had the same goal and went a different route. It’s a completely different budget, but check out the few Whipple Gen 5 builds out there. I’m making well north of 1000 whp at 24# without spinning the blower at crazy speeds.

Playing Russian roulette with critical rotor speed is a good way to break things too.

I would go with long tube headers to lower boost and at least a ported snout. I have a 2.69 upper stock lower and I don’t want to turn the blower and faster to get more boost so I’m looking to make it breathe better. There’s a few other ways to get another 100whp or so out of the car without cranking up the boost more. You need more injector, a spicy tune, and a lot of prayers to keep it together. Unfortunately I don’t think you have more than 900whp there unless you upgrade injectors and run e90 without other mods to the blower/throttle body change

And numbers are just that, numbers. On a piece of paper. Means nothing if you can’t put that power down. Unless you’re just looking to flash you dyno sheet and roast your tires lol. Suspension mods are a must.

Sorry for the late response Y'all wanted to say thank you for everyone who took the time to respond, I reached out to the builder/tuner and came to find out the wrong pulley was installed, its suppose to be a Metco, but for the life of me i cant remember whether it was a 2.75 or a 2.65. Regardless though i addressed the Injector concern, and based on what i was explained about the 1000 fic's the tuner has had better results with e85 on several other 1000+ hp hellcats they've done. He's keeping in mind something i brought up about drive ability and how although my car is put on a trailer to the track, i do occasionally drive it around town.

The heat issue will be addressed with an interchiller system from IC Chiller. Lots of mixed reviews on the blanket and spacers for the blower. I can't say im

I dont expect to be 1000+ to the wheels without other mods which i plan to do as followed:

American Racing Headers with mid pipes (catless)
Porting of the snout
throttle body
interchiller

I'm not a dyno queen by any means, the brochure might advertise 1000+ But im more excited to see what itll do at the track.

Personal best is 10.95 @127 stock on 305/45R17 Nitto NT555R2's non beadlock

I've not got 315/50R17 Mickey Thompson ET Street on beadlock wheels

Id be happy with a low 10 or high 9

That sounds sketchy. Again, who is the tuner and who is the shop? FIC1200’s should be used for e85.
