So, I just got my redeye a few days ago and now I’m thinking about my elderly dog and how in an emergency situation I may need to put him in the car. Since the redeye is my daily driver, I need to be prepared. Does anyone have a suggestion on where to find a cover for the rear seat that could save my interior? We did this in the hellcat but I refuse to do it in the new one.

Sounds like you are after something more temporary than a seat cover that is on all the time. With that in mind here is what I use when I have to transport one of my dogs to the vet in one of my cars. I also use it when my daughter is a complete mess after a softball game (especially when it rained).

I have two and tuck the blanket in at the top of the seat and drape it down to the front. Works perfect for me.

seat down, in the trunk with a cargo net divider..... then worse case scenario you replace the trunk liner and not seats.

Oh I’m dying! That’s hilarious, we have three daughters already lol they’re 18,15 and 9. So the dogs came after but that is a wonderful idea lol wish my husband would have thought of it!

Ya we just had turf put in and I’m out there every morning and evening smh. I also have to spray with diluted vinegar to keep the urine smell gone.

I think I would lean towards a collection of scarab beetles, and let them do their thing. Some cities do this in public parks now, just take a cup of scarabs and dump them on doodoos.

Nice! At one point we had 7. "Only" have 3 now.

From having been in an emergency situation before with Shadow I'll tell you, unless you plan on leaving the cover on all the time, you most likely won't think, or even if you do, want to take the time to put it on.

One day I left and went 2 miles up the road to pay the car insurance and Shadow was fine. Came back literally not 10 mins later and he was on the deck, limp, with his tongue hanging out and panting. His heart was giving out :-(
