Thank you sublimecat.... I'm not looking to make demands or stomp my foot or steal a place in line... But from what I have experienced and witnessed first hand, this is exactly what is happening to us waiting buyers of sold cars. All I want is my car. I've been waiting for a car like this most of my adult life. I even was a Viper Specialist and am just sitting here sick from waiting. It also appears that this dealer allocation process is either straight up BS... OR true to fashion, slimeball dealers are doing what they do best... Screw customers to line their pockets. I can't say a bad thing about my dealer as they are selling to me at MSRP... One of the enticements of this allocation deal, yet many of us sit here waiting and to be honest, I kinda feel like a dope. Sure I could cancel my order and get my deposit back, but this is the car I want. I'll wait, but the way this process has unfolded in my experience is like waiting for the Titaninc reach port.

I certainly understand your frustrations and those of many in your same situation! I ordered from a small dealer and my order bumped his dealer order to 2nd spot. I really think Dodge has tried to motivate dealers to move cars, unfortunately a lot of not so honest dealers have taken advantage of this and showed those orders as sold cars and/or told the buyer they could have it at MSRP then when it came in, jacked them and they couldn't afford it. In all honesty, if my car would have been $10k more, it would have been out of my range. I would think your dealer would get a 2nd allotment since he didn't get a first. They should be calling and pushing for this. It seems like Dodge would want to know which dealers are treating customers right and rewarding them. I wish I knew how to get your request to the right person, unfortunately I am powerless...

I agree DD, at 6'6" also and 280# the Hellcat is the right fir for me. I have a C3 Vette and I fall out of it to get out. Maybe the allocations should go by size and age, what do you think??

Isn't there something about beauty before age? Either way I would have been toast! I'd be waiting till next DECEMBER...
