so we just sold a 15' Hellcat her in Norway and in Norway this is a super rare car with a pricetag of around 150 000USD and since is such a high end car customers undersatndably expects these cars to act perfect. the customer called back today and was super happy except for one thing... he hooked up his phone, received calls without problem, but when he went to call someone through the car the phone would only call to a specific mexican number, if he went to call a set contact on his phone through the car it would still only call a mexican number. has anyone ever seen something like this before? never heard of such a thing. is there some way to factory reset the whole phone system?
