LMAO!! I wouldn't care if they were in a Prius, if the lights come on, my dumba$$ is pulling over...okay, maybe not a Prius or Smart car, but I will pull over for anything else. They caught me fair a square. I would rather take my lumps than have them delivered to my home later!![]()

If the police departments got Hellcat Challengers or Chargers, that would be a game changer. Tammie wouldn't be able to outrun Deputy Roscoe!

That would be pretty kick a$$ though. I am sure there would be a lot of very happy police men around fighting over who got to drive the Hellcat!!
The cost would be crazy, The other issue is like the new fords are the forced induction they get. Police beat the **** out of them, While those turbos are meant to be beat on police officers aren't warming the cars up here in the east coast and ruining the turbos. Maybe out west but they could just seize a GTR and use that instead.
Haha everyone at my agency would feel guilty and let me drive it, though only for a short while. My last few patrol cars have lived a short life due to no fault of my own. Funny story, at my previous agency we had a PT Cruiser as a DARE car. During a multi jurisdiction warrant service they had me drive that damn thing for two days. I don't care if there was a bank robbery, there was no way I was going to turn on the overheads while driving that thing, it was ******* hideous.LMAO!! Here in the Tampa Florida area, they confiscated a Challenger R/T and turned it into an unmarked police car. I heard near Orlando they confiscated an SRT8 and turned it into an unmarked car. Got to love arresting drug dealers and seizing their assets. I am sure there are drug dealers with their eyes on a Hellcat.

It's even better when you arrest them after that and get to stuff them into their former ride.

ROFL!!! I don't blame you one bit!!! You must have done something really bad to get stuck with that car! Our local department has one of those too and I always wonder what the poor guy did that has to drive it!

Yeah, our guys had some pretty wicked cars around here. Pretty much any fast car was made into an undercover car. I miss my black Charger for that reason, several State Patrol have them and a lot of people would move out of my way in the fast lane in fear I was one of them. Good times...the red Challenger, not so much!
Usually when police do something bad in Florida, they make them School Resource Officers. I don't know what is worse? A School Resource Officer or driving a DARE PT Cruiser. Maybe the Oscar Meyer Weiner Mobile would top that!

I don't know, I would throw some chrome rims on the weiner mobile and total rock that!! I wonder how well it corners. The DARE guy loved it, he could keep it. Day three I talked to my supervisor and he let me drive another car that didn't have lights installed yet. We had some pretty neat cars there too that were aquired through seizures and it always surprised me that they didn't make one of those a DARE vehicle.ROFL!!! I don't blame you one bit!!! Less tickets because they would appreciate the car more LOL!
I haven't heard that FCA was building a police package with the HC engine. It would be out of reach of most agencies. The current package has the 6 cylinder. They have not produced a package with the Apache engine that I'm aware of.
The current packages are the six and eight cylinders with the 5.7.

Worse would be getting pulled over by an undercover weiner mobile! You look in rearview mirror and be like...I think that weiner is trying to pull me over!

I know the current package is six cylinder and 5.7 for police cars But here in Florida there are a lot of drug dealers that drive fancy cars! It is only a matter of time for one of them to get busted and have their Hellcat confiscated and become property of the Sheriff's Department.
