Has this happened to anyone: To be able to read the factory tune using the editor read function, I have got to select the ECM and TCM hardware from a drop down menu. Not knowing what to select, I remembered the VCM SuiteInfo file (blue info button on the top banner) included it so I took a look and it was missing. So checked the file I had saved from the 2020 Redeye just to make sure and GPEC2A, 2018+ Dodge and ZF8HP Dodge were listed. I'm stuck (at least for the ECM) until I hear back from HPT Support but thought I would check here in the meantime. Didn't get any hits from search of thread titles in the SS forum but did read several interesting threads and some to go back a check out, saw time slips w/ really super good RTs (0.004!!!) and ETs, and saw a lot of really good looking cars! Last time I checked HPT's supported vehicle list, the 2022 SS wasn't on it but was assured by HPT there wouldn't be an issue other than maybe some growing pains :). Thanks in advance.

Yea downloaded yesterday version 4.13.99.0. I have tune files for the 2020 and 2021 so I know they can be read. I suspect it is one of the growing pains that someone w/ either a 2022 or back earlier may have run across. Just got word from HPT...there has be a computer change from a GPEC2A to the GPEC5 which is unsupported and I may have...I guess we'll find out.
Thanks for the response.

For anybody interested, from what HPT Support told me, the new GPEC5 ECM has a different location for the 2-I/O connector plugs. My plugs are on the ECM large face toward the firewall, the same as what all the Challenger/Charger YouTube ECM removal vids show, and it's a GPEC2A. I was able to read the file and sent to HPT who will "add it to their database."
