I have a friend looking to custom order a wide body scat. Trying to avoid going through local dealers because of "market adjustments"of $10k+

Is there any recommended way of placing a direct order outside of dealers?

Had a dealership today with a 21 hellcat charger try to tell me that the 5,000 markup above MSRP was a great deal. I told them they shouldn't post false advertisement. Lol Jake will get you the best deal with the current market as it is. Rebates suck though. I'm holding out for better Rebates.
