I have a stock hellcat and plan on installing 1050X injectors and also 2.85 pulley, also spacer plate with thremal blanket, 185 thermo. I do know it has to be tuned thats given....but I contacted a tuner and I was told I wouldn't need to change the fuel pump and or add a BAP? If that is so thats fine. But I have another hellcat that has 2.85,long tubes, demon injectors and when it was tuned I had to add a BAP.....so I'm a little confused. But they need add the BAP when it was being tuned but at that time it had a 2.75 upper, incongnito lower. So the question I would love some one to answer is if I put the 1050X injectors,2.85 upper with stock lower, and spacer plate....will the stock pump be enough? Thanks....also if anyone has ID 1050X or 2.85 pulley there looking to part with let me know

Long tubes were the difference.

I have a plug and play pump booster if you need one. I had it on your setup. My tuner saw something on data log and wanted me to get just in case. More of a safety net.

I was insured it would be fine. If it wasn't I was going to upgrade the pump so I wouldn't need a BAP Thanks for letting me know anyway

When my husband and I were T&T +R&D with Josh @HHP My 2015 HC they had a BAP but eventually Josh said it wasn't needed. I continued to use it and Josh said it woukdnt hurt. I had upper and lower pullys.
Now I have the dual pumps installed.
Having the dual pumps installed would prepare for any future mods depending on your need for speed.

question about the dual pumps. Not needing them but having them in wouldn’t hurt? Over pressure or whatever? Are they literally drop in and do you need to tune the car to have them? Thank you Linda.

What year vehicle? RE vs non RE. RE from the factory has a dual FPCM pump setup, with a swap to a 2.85 it wouldn't be needed but would start to tickle a no-go zone if it was e85.
car is 2016 hellcat stock factory fuel pump...and I'm not going to run anything but 93...I do have incognito lower but it's still in the box I most likely never use it.I feel like staying around 14-15 of boost is enough. But I also have 2.75 metco pulley but I'm think I'm going with the 2.85 clutched pulley

The dual pumps are a step up from the single pump with a boostapump.
The fuel demand is dictated by the boost levels and other modifications.

They have always been used with a Tuned modified car.

Depending on your elevation a 2.85 pulley and demon injectors on a stock pump will have the injector duty cycle in the mid to high 90's. You'll either have to upgrade to dual pumps or bigger injectors. I had this problem and I upgraded to the dual 295 pumps. I do have bigger injectors as well but don't feel like retuning the car for them.

Your other example of the 2.75 pulley and lower with Demon injectors can still push the limits of stock fuel pp keeping pressure when you need it in some driving situations
