I love the way the racestar wheels look on the challenger

i want to put a set on my 2016 challenger narrow body with a set of drag radials

what size should wheel and backspacking should i be looking to run for the rear ?
and what size tire to go with ?
i dont want to cut or trim anything

what size for the front ?

its going to be 99.9% street driven
there are no tracks near me at all
i will run it hard on the street though
so i dont want skinnys up front

Will need more detail to help you. Which Racestar do you like and in what color? Racestar has several wheel designs that fit Challenger NB - not all colors are available in each design. Also your just looking at rears correct? Are you going to leave these on full time or swap them on/off often- the most popular wheel Race Star wheel for our cars uses a shank style lug nut that is much more of a pita to change wheels than the conical "acorn" stok style lug nuts.

In general people run 17X9.5 Race Star drag star wheels, they require shortenend end links ($80 and easy install). No rub, not cut tire size is 305/45/17. The best street option for you might be 18" wheels like the Bravado tribute wheels which will match your front wheels and wont require end links. You can run 305/45/18 tires on those that will hook up as well as the 305/45/17 on the street.

i want to go with the racestar 92 in black

i am familiar with shank style lug nuts

i do not like the look of the oem wheels or the bravado wheels at all
so i want to run racestars 92 front and rear

on the 17x9.5 rears
the bolt pattern is 5x115 correct ?

what backspacing should i go with ?

i am okay swapping end links on my own

how about front wheels ?
same size on the wheels ?
same backspacing ?
what brand tire and size is everyone running ?

i dont want to run skinny wheels up front

You can get the 92 drag stars in either gloss black or mettallic grey in matching front and rears. Im not sure if they make the black chrome drag stars for the front anymore. The only 17" rear drag star for the mopars is 17X9.5, not sure of the specifc back space but or offset but there is only one option in that size for our cars. For the front they offer an 18x5 or 20X6. I am also cosidering the race star set for full time use, the 20X6 are much more practical for the front, you can use 195 to 225 width tires and are truly daily driver friendly. Either using the front 18 or 20 will still retain the "big and little" wheel set-up look which I personally like.
I'm sure there are several vendors who offer good advice on the race stars, I've always gotten very good advice and procong from Terry at Beefcake Racing for Race Stars Ive used on other cars. I'm leaning towards the metallic grey 20x6/17x9 set-up for my 19' Plum, Crazy Challenger Redeye NB
