As many of you know I had quite the ordeal getting the Hellcat. I ordered at 9/9 at 9AM from a dealer with allocation, and got a VIN in October, and 7 months later still didn't have my cat. Well I'm happy to say that last Wednesday the 22nd the Hellcat finally arrived!

Hellcat impressions so far. This thing is INSANE!!! No matter how much power I thought it would have, or how fun I thought it would be to drive, I couldn't have expected this. It is just saw much fun to drive. The ride is a bit stiffer than my 2011 SRT was even on its most soft setting. I don't really mind though. I've taken some corners going fast, and it definitely holds the road way better than the 2011 did.

Oh my, the SOUND! If you haven't heard one of these in person, you have to! It's like angels singing (if angels sounded like roaring lions) every time you rev up the engine. It's loud like a musclecar should be, still fairly civilized when your foot isn't planted on the throttle. Some might think it's too loud, but I love it! I chuckle every time I rev it up :)

I didn't realize how much I'd love the green with the black hood until I saw it in person. I'm knocked out by how awesome this car looks. Especially now that I've got the stripes and louvers on it. I keep just staring at the car and smiling :)

The interior is a MAJOR upgrade from my 2011. It's really really nice, all the new amenities are great (LOVE the backup camera). It also seems to steer much easier than my 2011, and the road feel us much better.

So far I've done the following to the car:

- XPel clear bra on the hood (their "Stealth" satin finish for the factory satin black hood), fenders, doors, mirrors, and in front and behind the rear wheels
- Rider Graphix Custom AAR Strobe stripe with classic "Challenger" script and Hellcat logo
- Black E&G classics louvers
- Pre-release "Supercharged" badges on either side of the hood scoop
- Tinted windows to 35%

And here are some pictures:

Congratulations!

Your personal touches have really given it the retro look.

Can you post a pic of the full side profile?
