Hello all,
Any thoughts/experiences on how safe the rear window louvers are at higher speeds..in terms of coming off?

They are just held down with double backed tape so it has me wondering...thanks in advance.

Dont do it. Years ago I did it with a Camaro and got into a not really high speed race with someone and at about 80 mph I heard a “foomp” and they were gone. Actually went back and got them. Re-installed and away I went for a couple more yrs lol. Would I do that on a much more expensive Hellcat? Nope.

You guys are lucky. We're stuck with 70 mph speed limits in Virginia.

Safe-ish if you don’t plan on going over 150mph and/or as long as you’re not behind the car losing em..Had my Wilpak Louver come off last year on my Hellcat at somewhere between 150mph and 185mph. Nicked the rear spoiler slightly. Never found the Louver. Probably put another set on before summer. Love the look of em.
