I'm at a crossroads when it comes to my toys. Posted about this already, but put my car up on craigslist this past weekend and it freaked me out a bit when I got a bunch of responses. Nothing solid, but it still freaked me out because I love the car. Long story short, what's a reasonable asking price? I realize the market is nuts, but we are also leading into the winter for us sorry bastards that haven't smartened up yet and moved south. My plan is to leave the add up for a couple weeks, then if there's nothing real I'll winterize the car and put it on the market in the spring. I put up a "not really sure if I want to sell it price", but realize I'll need to be realistic in the spring.

brass monkey wheels

no mods other than a custom ghosted hellcat logo on the black hood.

So, what's a reasonable retail? Just looking for advice.

$52k would be ballpark imo. You could always start at $55k and give yourself a hard bottom line somewhere near there.
Also you should 100% shop it to Carvana, Vroom, etc. They are paying big bucks currently. Avoid lots of tire kickers.

I've heard people are getting crazy prices from them. I hate the tire kickers, low ballers, will you take my pos as trade, ect.

We chose Vroom to sell to because we didn't want a bunch people at our size. Could be a scout for stealing your car later, tire kickers, etc. It was very easy. See what Vroom and Carvana will give you before posting on Craig's list. Not the best place to sell a Hellcat.

I wouldn't deal with anybody on killerslist, I posted an ad a few weeks ago to get rid of my dad's old pontoon boat to just bring a trailer and haul it off, Got a couple scammers wanting to buy it and they wanted to send me a check and all I had to was send them whatever money back for what I thought was a fair price.

I think a lot of people think these offers are written in stone but they will haggle a bit in most cases. I just sold a Can Am Spyder to a similar online company who deals in powersports. I declined all first offers from multiple places and eventually one came back with a $1500 increase so off it went.
