Stuck in track mode, checked all wires, fuse, unplugged battery for days at a time, even tried unplugging one shock at a time and drove to see if suspension would change.

I need a scan tool to tell me what's wrong, hoping someone has bought an inexpensive scan tool to diagnose the issue themself and can tell what scan tool you used to do so. I would rather fix the issue myself and not take to dealer.

I got a cheapie on Amazon for $20. Is there a back story or just wake up one day and trouble?

Bought the car this way, advertised as no check engine lights, runs great kind of deal, drive 800 miles to get the car- oh by the way " service dampening system "just came on today" scam!

I still bought it, so I have to fix it, did everything I could for free and now need a scanner to show which corner is the issue. I have a "cheap" $80 scanner that will not show which corner is the issue! I also have a "cheap" $230 scanner which don't show which corner is the issue.

Be nice if you will say what actual $20 scanner you got off amazon that show which shock is bad! I got cheap scanners to and none of them show which shock is bad. So please do tell what $20 unit does!
