Recently purchased a 21 RE charger. Ran it for the 2nd time tonight at Gainesville raceway and was able to run 10.679 @ 128.24. Only got rear tires and exhaust, beyond ecstatic w/ the car.

Look forward to getting more comfortable w/ it and getting my times chopped down View attachment 606787 View attachment 606798
WOW those are awesome times! If I may ask, what's your technique for launching your beast? (drive mode, traction SETTING, launch control or you finessing the pedal, staging RPMs, etc.) ... Mind if I learn from you? I'm new with my Redeye and haven't even tried launching from the line, but obviously can feel how just not spinning in the 1st 2 gears must be hard to control.

BTW, congrats on your car too!

Thanks brother.
My drive modes are: tans “track”, steering “track” traction “sport” and suspension “street”.

I had a challenger widebody b4 the red eye, so kinda familiar. But I launch around 2k rpm, load up the car and punch it on the last yellow.

still learning it as well but feeling more comfortable. Once I get my reaction down and 60’ to 1.5 flat or mby high 1.4’s I be low 10’s. Thinking about taking the seats out for racing, savings of like 100 LB right there. Our chargers or heavy gals haha

Are you getting wheel spin? To bring your 60 ft down try to launch at 1500. I launch at 1200 but I make a bit more power then stock.
ethier way good job. Glad you had fun. Always good seeing these things stock In the 10s instead of 12s with stock Tires.

I have a 19 so mine only comes on in track mode so I can’t run it in custom setup.
You can run it while you run. The factory system isn’t very good. These cars are pretty aggressive on when they pull Timing. Also you may start fighting COT. When that happens injectors can max and the bov will open. Really unfortunate that has to happen.
A custom tune can really help pick up times. I just had a redeye at the track this week. Only mods e85 and a tune and he went 9.82 or something like that. Even just a 93 tune is a noticeable but dyno gain.

if you run the chiller one pass and not the next let me know how it does. I would think it would help a little.
