On my 2016 Hellcat, everything opened up at 500 miles. I would like to know on the 2021 Redeye also. Mine is a month away from being built.

My Redeye was @ 797 from 4 miles When I picked it up.

No drag features until 500 miles, but the 797 power was available.

The full hp is available day one. Only launch control is not available until 500 miles.

Good news; you likely don't need to change it. What you're seeing is metric. Welcome to Canada, friend. If you want to see horsepower, there's a screen in the UConnect where you can change various reading individually from metric to imperial. Dodge did a great job on that. I prefer to see temps and engine performance in imperial, but distances in metric. That's actually possible.

Amazing how many people think there’s a power restriction when new. This is false. Theres no hp limitation for 500 or 1500 or any number of miles.
You were in metric mode like Anguish said.

This is simply not true. Nothing ”opens up” at 1500 miles on any year.
