I have an offer on my 2018 Charger HC. If I sold it I thought about a 2021 Redeye Charger HC. I’m not much on the widebody truthfully. Anyone made a switch like that and what are the pros/cons? I’ve also thought about a ZL1 but I have an 11 year old and he wouldn’t fit easily in the back. From what I can tell by the million videos I watched the RE isn’t really too much quicker. Wish they still did the PCP or the bright lime colors haha

A Redeye will be 3-4 tenths faster in the 1/4 mile. No question.

Yep lol. Can’t get on board with the bubbles. If they’d blended them better with the front and especially the rear bumpers would’ve made a world of difference. No offense to anyone. Think I’ll just keep mine

Well I had 2 NB Chargers and then switched to the 21 Redeye, regardless of looks (which I prefer) the car just drives better. Better balanced, better traction, better drivability. Honestly you will think it is slower when daily driving in street mode BUT it is not slower! On street tires and typical street (crappy) pavement mine is consistently .4 faster in a 1/4 than the NB's. As for top speed - have not had the chance to test at Canaveral yet but even with the increased drag I believe it will top up the same or a little better now that I can spin it to 6,500 rpm plus the additional HP should still get you over 200 but just a little quicker I am betting.
