It made 757hp at 6500rpm and 684tq at 4100rpm. Shouldn't the torque numbers be much higher? If so, what would cause this? It's a stock boost 21 Charger Redeye with a 93 octane tune.

Tq numbers would be higher if you were over spinning the blower past its efficiency range. You dont want that. What you have is perfect fine and on par with other cars.

This was from 2021, and would basically hold true numbers wise even now. Not to mention, I trust the writer more than I'd trust about 95% of the members on this site in terms of knowledge.
Nice numbers. STD numbers are the actual numbers there at the dyno. SAE uses set parameters like temp and barometer. That SAE measurement equalizes HP numbers from vehicles in higher and lower elevations and different air temperatures. Basically levels the playing field..
