I got my car back today from HHP Monday. I decided to go with a 2.85 litens and an e85 conversion.
I also wanted an Innovate ethanol content gauge which required Fore fuel rails. This e85 conversion also required dual boost a pumps and ID 1340 injectors.
Needless to say I’m ecstatic with the results.

I’m curious how much boost you running? Sounds like you added a lot of stuff for E85. I’m running 17.5psi on E85 with ID1050x’s. The injectors are the only thing we added and there’s plenty of fuel. The boost comes from a ripatuned lower pulley only on my Redeye. Tuned by a combination of Curt Dusterhoff and Travis Rainey at DT.

He said it was close to 20 on the dyno. The boost a pumps are more for insurance and the fuel rails are necessary to have a connection for the ethanol content gauge.

Congrats, how much for the mods?
Should be around $6000 with install and a one year warranty (I am not a representative and this is a ROUGH estimate based on some quick google and their site)

Their stage 1 is super affordable, and they add on to it with a lower pulley and fueling stuff (their stage 2 kit) but it doesn't seem OP is running both, and if you factor in the E85 lines pumps and injectors OP is running its prob stage 1 cost plus a little bit. They put up fantastic numbers with E, both pulleys and a good safe tune, more than its easy to put down so this car is a lower pulley away from being a 950-1050 whp freak.

Have you done internal engine modifications? 7,000 rpm is getting up there compared to stock redline.

I'm assuming that's a safe rpm for Redeye engines? I'd like to have my rev limit raised to maybe 6,400 or 6,500 and that has me nervous.

Apparently the powder forged rods on the HC don't like much more speed than 6400-6500 rpm. That's where my tuner is going to set my shift points. The Redeye may be able to take more, but not sure what that is.

Hell of a nice setup there OP.

you guys better watch how much you boost your running you’re at a point where you’re going to damage your lower end those rods and pistons they are good but to appoint and you’re pushing it where if you beat on it too much the bottom end isn’t gonna last
