Remote Tuning

Ok all I have all my parts ready to install. Once finished I will have Curt handle the remote tuning. For those that have done it remote how long between uploads and communication back & forth did it take? I have access to a dyno but it will cost me $250hr. Other option is in 🇲🇽 where I have a few open long farm roads. Is dyno better or street. The shop where I can rent has said he's seen remote tuning done in an hour and take as long as 8, sometimes more. Hasn't had experience with dusterhauff or others in the mopar world doing remote tunes. They primarily deal with mustang tuners when remote. The shop is familliar with Mopar but primarily the LS stuff. I'd have them tune it but I want the flex. It will be flex tune with a 2.85 and a straight pump E tune with a 2.65. Not sure what I should do here. Let me know your thoughts.

Regards,

Nervous about the motor going pop as the tuner isn't watching the laptop in real time. I've heard it can take a long time as well, waiting on the back and forth emails. At least if I'm on a dyno and the tuning is live if something isn't right they could let off quickly.
Currently in the middle of a remote tuning session with HHP. I am here on some downtime as I think its after hours and the tuner (Josh) is having other life stuff to deal with. The session is bassically: Josh sent tune, I load it, we do a dyno pull to what he says, record the log and send it back to him, he reviews and sends it back. Thats it. Nothing crazy like looking at a bunch of variables in real time. The person doing the dyno just needs to know not to run the car lean in boost for too long.
My current mods are, Fic1200s, 525lph dual fuel pump, bwoody CAI, 100MM thorttle boy, 3inch cat back exhaust, 2.85upper pulley, fi interchiller blower spacer, 180 tstat.

Id say the only downside is it just takes some time in between each run to get the new tune back to do another pull. So hopefully the Dyno Shop here doesnt charge me an insane amount for only doing 3 - 4 pulls in a few hours.
