Removing email alerts.

Quick question:

Every time I make a post and/or get a reply, I receive an email from the site letting me know.
How do I remove this email notification.
I like the "alerts" on the site in the upper right hand corner of the page, but don't need email notifications.

In those emails you get there's a disable all emails way at the bottom right.
