When ever I put the car in reverse and turn the wheel I get a clicking noise. Can anyone tell me what the hell that is? Seems like it’s common? Thanks

Most people assume it's the lug nuts being torqued properly....that said, have you checked them recently?
Should be torqued down to 111 ft. lbs.

Check the Torque on the Rotor Ring Nuts. 78 Inch Lbs. This has stopped the clicking for several others. Then 111 or 115 Ft Lbs on the Lug Nuts with a proper torque wrench; not an impact. At the very least, you will check both of these boxes and then look somewhere else if needed.

Mine was doing the same thing and I pulled the front wheels, cleaned the mating surface real well and retorqued. Fixed it for me.
