Hello everyone I saw a beautiful blue hellcat charger listed on cars.com in South Florida for what seem to be a reasonable price sent my information to the dealership and got a callback today that the car was still available. So during lunch I went to look at the car and somehow the sticker price was $50,000 more than they had it advertised for I’m still waiting to see what there reply is. Anyone know how to get a hold of Jake may have to place an order and wait on it

According to Florida statute 501.976.. the advertised price must be the price... if not they are guilty of deceptive practices.

The problem is the "ADM or Market Adjustment". The price is the price. The rest will be added as aftermarket or something not related to the actual car price I bet. Dealers do this all the time with rebates.

Why are yall arguing about trying to figure out a way to get this car for anything other than the price they're asking? They're clearly scum and you're gonna give them a sale? Don't.

let them drown in lack of sales for their BS pricing and hopefully they go under and learn a lesson. everyone's worried about legal vs illegal like it matters. end of the day they price shit like that because somewhere some asshole will pay it.

Next time you go for a drive, look in the mirror and when you see a V6 Charger on hellcat replica wheels behind you tailgaiting like Earnhardt realize it's some poor soul paying 23.7% APR because the guy at carmax told them he'd get their payment to $350 a month, he just didn't say its spread over 120 months 😂

I left a bad rating on Bay Dodge's reviews (Panama City) several years ago. To get it removed, they called and asked nicely, offered me a free oil change, and finally offered to give me $250 to take it down. I refused. The sales manager insulted my wife to her face. She wanted a 2014 white/red SRT 8 Challenger they had. He came up after they ran her credit and said, I quote, "Well, I can get you into this no problem, but you sure you wouldn't rather have a Durango or a Voyager? They'd haul more groceries for you."

My wife even had that Challenger named already (Glory). But when she heard that, she picked up her purse, gave him a prompt "F you and your car" and that was that. Later that day she found an FRS (barf) and "had to have it." Whatever
