There have been numerous Red key/Black key discussions. Personally I think the whole thing is a gimmick by the company.
I have used only the Red from day one with my 17 and 22. Bottom line is why would anyone cheat themselves out of 200 or 300 HP? The whole idea of that is ludicrous.
Same goes for service. Taking her down to 500 for the "technician/mechanic" won't do you much good. I only use the Red at any and all times. Just be careful if driving in the rain.

Just went over 500 miles and can’t figure out how to do from 500 HP to 807 HP in Sport mode. 2022 SRT Challenger Super Stock. Can anyone advise remedy?

Sorry. I know that any self respecting Hellcat driver never would...but you mentioned that 300HP mode. Not that you'd use it.

Please clarify, if let your wife/friend/kid take the car, you are ok with 500hp? Not to mention the dealer, detailer, etc? Valet mode is a joke, it can be defeated in less than 2 min.

I see both sides
My side is Red key only. Bringing the car to the service department with one or the other color key doesn't really change anything. 500, 700, 800 HP similar.
2nd Amd. Makes a valid point. If the black key was tuned down to where it actually makes a difference you could feel better about the former felon that has your car.
