I have a 20 Redeye and have not been to dragstrip yet. Sad I know haha.
Is the stock driveshaft reliable or do I need to order a DSS unit? The car is stock power level at 3,500 elevation.

Stock Redeye driveshaft seems to hold up fine. Heard guys running mid to low 9s with no issues.

Dss seems to have many complaints with vibrations. A good 1 piece driveshaft would be like the CCI and Wiles.

Oh ok. Thanks for the input guys.
I have not been to dragstrip in a while. I went all the time in the manual Hellcat. I hope I can drive an auto.
I have a used diff brace coming in so I will do that while waiting on this Texas heat to cool off.

People are using the Redeye shafts well into the 8’s

The Redeye driveshaft is really that strong? Then that would hands down be the way to go as opposed to these 1 piece aftermarket driveshafts. I wonder if the 2019 plus regular Hellcats come with the Redeye driveshafts. Would there be a way to know other than part numbers?
