Sad Day - BG to BX to Back to BG

We received the formal notification from our dealer that our VON has gone back to BG.... He has already delivered one Hellcat to us, so how mad can we be... He scheduled a meeting with the dealerships Chrysler Rep and the rep confirmed there are around 6000 hellcat orders in the us, the factory can't keep up so they put dealers on restrictions for ordering, as far as orders already in for the dealership said we were 2nd in line for our next Hellcat and it will be built eventually!! He wasn't sure if the restriction would be one Hellcat per allocation per dealer or not and said he would try to get more information as it becomes available.... So sad

Yeah according to the Chrysler trainer he told my sales rep one allocation per month per dealership. Hang in there

seems you're not alone and this has happened a lot today. BUT at least you have a Hellcat in the garage! hang in there!

My dealer in Montana told me this afternoon the northwest rep told them today that there will be no more 2015 hellcat challengers. They advised me that my car I ordered on 9/9 von 32252663 would be a 2016 now. I read these forums every day and tend to believe what I read here more than the dealers because of RS and others on this forum. I am now a little frustrated but it is what it is. So I guess I get to drive my 2010 and lose more value for another year.

The roller coaster continues, dealer notified us today we are back to BX....

Something to think about...
So I did a little more thinking on this status toggle that occurred then I double checked my calendar and realized that a bunch of us got switched just before the March production allocation was rolled. From BZ available for scheduling to BG not available for scheduling then back right after the release. My guess is the Dodge was tweaking the order stack in order to get the right dealerships in the production queue. I guess they think we are not watching.
Sucks but then on the other hand we must be bubbling to the top of the heap so if they ever stop playing games with the stack we should get into production.
