Using the Ripatuned Infinitely Adjustable Idler with that combo require a longer belt?

With the Ripatuned Idler you will most likely gain extra belt wrap. You adjust how you want it

OK, So it doesn't require a longer belt?

Guess I was assuming when you tightened the belt around SC pulley it would push the tensioner towards the max requiring a little longer belt?

I am assuming your tensioner is has extra from factory location. You want to keep your tensioner at about the factory location so if your belt is just a little long right now and you have room on your tensioner you can use it it’s up most position without getting a longer belt. After looking at your tensioner, figure about an extra 1/4 inch belt length needed after installing the Ripatuned to keep the tensioner at the same location. If you do not have the extra play, order a slighly longer belt.
