Last night I filled up with reg. gas not 93. Is there a trick to siphoning gas out of a REHC. I can't get a 3/8" hose down to the gas something in the way. I was planing on going to the track Friday night.

Depress the lock tab (@ the 3 or 9 position) on the tiny door blocking access to the tank. You can also use the filler neck from the trunk to depress the lock on the door. The Owner's Manual has info on this along with the sticker on the underneath side of the spare wheel well cover.

Look at the hole where the fuel nozzle 1" pipe is inserted. The inserted fuel nozzle pipe depresses the lock and the little door opens.

It would be easier to just add octane booster and drive carefully for a while.

I'd just add Octane booster and cruise. If you aren't beating on it, I don't see any harm being done.

Yes, as long as it's compatible with unleaded gas and catalytic converters, great idea.

You can pump it out, valve on the driver side injector rail.

Drivers side fuel rail. Pull Engine cover, screw this on and it pumps nicely into a container. Run it until the engine stalls then turn off the ign. Car will start with this in place. Fuel comes out full stream but little pressure. So, full tank will probably take 1/2 hr.

You can start out with this hose, cut it off, use a double ended 1/4" hose barb and 6' of fuel hose to make this tool.

Dump enough octane booster in the tank to bring up to 94 and then spend 11 minutes at full throttle. Empty.

LOL… sounds like fun. should I put my helmet on first. 11 minutes at full throttle would be a hoot. Thanks for the advice

In the US there are some mighty long uphill stretches that are not heavily patrolled.

In south Florida there are zero. Very thing is flat and patrol. A lot hard gas and hard on the brakes still fun

Octane booster and don’t punch it. You’ll be on E in 20 minutes. Just drive it.
