So now in order to order a jailbreak you have to go to a dealership listed and check to see if they have any allocations? I'm. It sure what's going on but I'm a bit disappointed in dodge honestly. They took options away from the redeye to force people into a "jailbreak" then they stopped taking orders for redeyes until 2023 and now in order to get a nail break for have to jump through hoops. I don't know. Dodge is starting to look like that girl who's losing her coolness so she starts offering handjobs to anyone behind the bleachers. Taking the same car renaming it and charging a premium is kind of a slap in the face. I could only imagine what dodge has in the wings. I'm sure it'll be a super stock charger with even more up charges. How can you squeeze blood from a rock? Rename it and upcharge the shit out of it. Rant over. Sorry guys lol. Jail Break = 21 Redeye with extra 100 rpm. Oh but we do get a couple ugly color combos, all for a big premium. Yeah, not strong on the innovation front.

Call them what you want. At the end of the day when the dust settles they will be one of the most rare editions of the car ever made. Will bring a premium for any ones that are preserved compared to a standard red eye any day.

It’s only rare cause they called a Redeye something else. Thats great for a collector, but as a driver, mehhh. My Redeye is already a one of one, but who gives a shit if it has 100k miles on it. I’m sure the people that buy them and park them for an extended period will make the most out of all the Redeye variants. Thats the already existing SS. It comes with the Demon drag suspension and 18 drag wheel/tire and 807 hp. The JB is Redeye suspension and brakes with the extra 100 RPM of the SS.

I disagree. To me the SS IS the new demon and the JB is a demon with the red eye street setup meaning the big brakes and track mode suspension. So JB is a street version of the demon.

not saying they won’t but the special editions will always bring more.

and the SS is really a demon without the high octane tune and the trans brake. I wouldn’t consider an SS an everyday street/road car compared to a JB. Can’t even safely drive a demon or SS in the rain……

The JB has pretty much the demon HP with the street setup from the red eye. Only 10 more HP but on paper it is what it is.

hey we all know the redeyes are all pretty much the same as performance but collectors and history will rank them based on their paper numbers and stats.

if dodge makes a 2023 special edition with 808hp and some special badges the JB would be knocked down a notch lol.

He was jerked around for months with a JB order. Dealer kept saying he'd get it and the dealer had no allocation, and they finally admitted that and he had to cancel his order. Believe he placed order in December and cancelled it in April with it will in BG or BX status.
