Took my Hellcat Widebody Challenger in for its 1st oil change and was offered 10k more than I paid for it.....something about people cannot get their orders fulfilled by dodge.....mulled it over for about a week but ended up going for it.

Financed with 0% so got the money I paid into it over 7months back + 10k extra.....no regrets so far......so far:unsure:

That’s a hard one to pass up. With this evolving economy, good time to eliminate as many bills as possible and hunker down. I just sold some land and now waiting for one more good Bitcoin dip to snag some investment opportunity.

You got to own and experience the car, nothing wrong with turning a few bucks and sending it down the road. I find people get to attached to cars. Im all about having the ownership experience, and letting them go if the price is right.

I did the same thing with our Trackhawk. Bought it for 101K in 2021. Drove it for one year and put on 8800km. Sold it back to the dealer for 125K. I'll pocket the 25K thanks.

Ask me how it feels to order one below invoice in December of 2021 and still not have the car built yet as of April 2022.
I was referencing paying a premium for a used car-never said anything about paying ADM for a new one off the lot. LOL (plus I qualified my comment with "probably") :)
I have been waiting for a TRX order and after hearing about some of the ordering delays, I picked up a new TRX for substantially more than I am paying for the one on order.

All that being said, information asymmetry is very real. Two people could choose to pay a premium-one because they thought they had to and the other because they chose to.
