Based on the pic of the specs you posted it looks like your cam is slightly larger than the MMX NSR HC1+

It’s the difference in at what point the spec was measured, one at I believe ..050” lift the other actual total lift. This cam was purchased from MMX and is this cam, I will call them today to confirm and see if I can find the receipt for it.

What is procedure for a cam swap?
Do you need to pull heads?
What else will be needed for install?
Limiters and tune change....
I assume radiator removal and condensor flip for access.
I guess on an A8 a convertor would help....

I want a lopey idle.......

I was really considering a ost dyno demon plus cam, I may be interested in this.

It’s a bit of work, yes have to get radiator and condenser out of the way. It can be done without removing the heads, remove rocker shafts, remove push rods, spin cam over a few times to push lifters up and out of the way and you can swap the cam out.
Yes, it requires a limiter and a tune change.
You can use you stock converter yet, it’s not that radical.
Its said a spring change is not required if lift is kept under .600 but it’s wise to check for spring coil bind once installed.

Ok, straight from Comp Cams tech line based on this cams serial number. Cam was manufactured for MMX on 4/20/20. It IS their NSR cam shaft. The cam specs MMX has listed on their web site is incorrect for their own cam, they list the exhaust lobe lift incorrectly, it should be .364 lobe lift for the exhaust not .340
362 lobe lift on the intake is listed correctly on their web site. And the numbers tell the reality.
.362 lobe lift with a 1.65 rocker arm is .362 X 1.64 = .597” intake valve lift
.364 lobe lift with a 1.65 rocker arm is .364 X 1.65 = .600” exhaust valve lift.
Serial number is there, if you have 1/2 hour to endure the hold time Comp Cams will be happy to verify above just give them the serial number and ask them who it was made for, MMX NSR

No one looking for a lumpy idle make more power cam? 2/3 the cost of new and available now not 6-8 weeks

I would take this but I am going to wait till I plan it out. I think I'm going to need to do a convertor as well and I am just in need of enjoyment of the car currently.
Once I get the KC done, I have LTs at Jet-hot I'm waiting on, then complete exhaust, and poly engine mounts..... I'm not missing a mopar event or a cruise this year and I just absolutely hate having parts in boxes, it kills me.
