Hi all,
I've had the GPS/clock issue on my '17 HC since before Lockdown and just getting around to addressing it now (no pun intended).
I have a boot micro version that I have only seen two other references: 17.24.5 and Uconnect says my system is up to date. Furthermore, Uconnect says '17 HC cannot get OTA updates AND my version is not even listed on their upgrade path in their documentation.
My questions are:
1) Is there an update available that will work with the version I have?
2) Does anyone have a direct link to the download for said update?

Mine is doing the exact same thing. Had to set the clock manually without the GPS. Frustrating

I have a 2019 Redeye Challenger and am also unable to set the clock using GPS. I had it back to the dealer once and they did a software update but it did not fix the issue.

Have you gone here Software Update for Uconnect® - Check For Updates and put in your VIN? Does it offer you an update file? You copy to a USB and update manually that way. If you already have the update it offers then there is no other update that will be guaranteed to work.

Have you gone here Software Update for Uconnect® - Check For Updates and put in your VIN? Does it offer you an update file? You copy to a USB and update manually that way. If you already have the update it offers then there is no other update that will be guaranteed to work.

Yes, I've done this and it says I'm up to date. I question this since OTA is not available for my car and thus they don't know what version I am on really.

Yes, I’ve checked my VIN on this site and it tells me I’m up to date.

I have 18.11.07 now. Even though it's older, it does NOT show to proceed with 18.45XX or 18.50XX. It does show an update for 18.01.35, so is mine just a newer version of that??????
