One person was killed and another was badly injured when a stolen Dodge Challenger crashed into another vehicle and a tree on Detroit’s west side, police said.

Passenger dead. The 16 year old is going to possibly face man slaughter charges when he's able to hobble before a judge.

I do because I'm human. Stupid mistakes as a kid will cost them the rest of there lives. Its a shame and sad all the way around.

Still no sympathy here! It is a shame to lose a young life for sure. I have lived my life so I don't go down in flames. Avoid things that won't get me killed or end up in jail. Always (mostly) respect others and don't tread on others. There are risks that come with committing grand theft auto, murder, rape, etc. Shame indeed. At least he didn't take anyone else with him.
