Go to the SRT track experience site, and click register, and put the last 8 of your VIN in. If they have it, you will be able to proceed. If it is not in the system, it will give you the option to send to them for verification and will take about a day. If you have a VIN, but do not have your vehicle yet, I'm guessing it won't work.
Without a VIN and a car, you won't get it for free.

California Speedway, Fontana on April 18, 2015 has been confirmed. You and your guest(s), if applicable, will join up to 40 other SRT owners for this exciting driving and learning experience.
Please wear comfortable clothing. You should also wear closed-toed shoes, no sandals will be allowed. Helmets will be provided. Please report to the track between [8:00-8:30 a.m. sharp] to register. Continental breakfast and lunch are included in your day.Please note you will be driving SRT supplied vehicles during the day and NOT your own SRT vehicle.
The on-site registration area will be clearly marked. You must show a valid state issued driver's license in order to participate in this program. Your credentials and complimentary gift will be given to you at the event.
