I had to replace my hellcat battery after 8 years. When I replace the battery the car lost all its settings and data. When I went to see the SRT pages so I can monitor all the digital gauges it said I did not have uconnect and I have to pay fir tge subscription. I never had to do that before. Did I just get lucky all these years or is there something I can do? Thanks in advance!

Go thru some Engine Run Cycles and let the systems recover/resynch, including uConnect. It may take 3 or 4. You may not have a subscription, but the gauges will still display.

No subscription needed. Don't let that make you think otherwise. Worse yet if you were to call Uconnect they would actually tell you that you need one, but you don't.
Give it a day or two. They will come back. Free.

had this happen as well..I had to actually drive around for better / strong signal, as whatever connection needed from wherever, to re-establish the pages, was too weak at the house.

In my experience with all the different cars I have had it loses the SRT Pages about 1/4th of the time. Car needs to be outside for 1-3 hours for them to return. I am thinking the system is downloading the features from a FCA server based on your VIN. It needs to see the sattelite/cell tower and time. If you understand how the car works most times you can work around and race without the SRT Pages, using the hard switches.

UPDATE*
so many of you who have responded to this post were correct in the past. Like everything else in todays world technology has changed. The SRT performance pages will no longer work according to UCONNET and Dodge. This is because my radio is 3G wired and the new system went to 5G and they are not compatible. Also I asked if I can upgrade to 5G and they said no. Shame I can no longer use performance pages.

I think the Dodge people you are talking to are mistaken. The only thing affected may be the transmission of info to a website, for them to say you can no longer use the Performance Pages because of 3G just doesn't sound right, there's literally over a hundred thousand Performance Pages Dodge cars built in 2015 and 2016 with 3G and haven't seen a single post where someone said their Performance Pages quit working. You've got to have some other issue.

2nd UPDATE
So after reading on here last night and researching the internet I saw a video where I man did a hard rest of the radio. Holding the up and down button for the temperature control, it will bring you into an engineer page. I scrolled down to radio default reset and clicked yes. After about 30 seconds it rebooted and went into a generic mode. I then shut down the car and open the door and let it sit for about 5 minutes to go into sleep mode. When I started the car again the radio went back to the original setting as when I bought the car. Hit performance page and bam….. there it was. This forum has been great and I may not post a lot but I am a long time reader. Thank you to all that responded and helped. We were all correct In some way. Performance pages do not need a subscription. Also goes to show that the UCONNECT people sometimes do not know everything. I’m sure they were partially correct in what they were saying with the 3G versus 5G upgrade, but that’s only if I want to control the car from my phone or use the services they provide. I look forward to Dodge corporate response lol. Hopefully they will come back with a solution than sorry we can’t help you, either way i will let them know that this forum was helpful in resolving my issue lol. Again thanks for all the help.

So Dodge customer care responded back totally avoiding the question on the performance pages. Told me to contact UCONNECT to have the vehicle upgraded from 3g to 5g adapter. Again thanks to all the forum members on here and those who provided input and helped me fix this.

Good to hear you got it dialed in. And yeah talking to Uconnect is almost always a waste of time. Better info elsewhere.

Let us know if you do the 5G upgrade, what's involved and any part number...

Best!

This is a great thread, my battery went dead from sitting months, my bad for not tendering it, anyway I charged the battery and when I started it everything was outta wack, wouldn’t go into gear and no SRT pages, heat was on high even though I had the AC on, WTH.
I made an appointment to get it inspected next week and to have it possible flashed.
Then I found this thread and after reading the posts I went out in the garage an turned the ignition to run without starting it and sure enough the SRT pages are back and the heat controls now work, it was only about 6-7 hrs though to reconnect with Uconnect.
Thanks guys👍🏻👍🏻

I tried the method in post 12. No luck. My battery also fried a cell and car lost all power. New battery and car is good except for the Perf Pages.
I have read that given some time the radio will resume correct operation that Performance Pages will return. I have not had any opportunity to confirm this but it costs you nothing to give the car some use and wait a day or 3...

Also, I'd be tempted -- as much as I hate disconnecting a car battery -- to with the ignition and vehicle electrical systems off carefully disconnect the battery in the proper way and wait a while to let any residual electrical power dissipate then carefully reconnect the battery in the proper way. IOWs you subject the car's electronics to a power off reset.

It take 24 hours of sitting but they come back on their own. No dealer intervention needed.
