Just ordered my demon plus cam from ost dyno. Wondering what the best stall convertor speed has been on a hotter cam. Best options? Protorque? Can you still find a demon convertor? Anyone know the speed of the demon convertor?

They are available no problem. I got one just recently from Summit who had it drop shipped from Mopar. It’ll take 30 days or so though.This was in June.

Oh, I want higher, more like 2800.
I got a cost of 1,032.50 from my dealer on that number.

Good price. Summit always seems over priced but you can get overnight, etc. My Tuner recommended Sun Coast Converters. Should be able to get a custom stall.

That cam is on my future get list! Will you be doing any before and after dyno results ny any chance?

Likely no, dyno time is backed up 4-6 weeks.

Isn't the TC locked up anywhere past low speeds for The Mileage?

I have a Sun Coast Converter installed on my Hellcat. Many Hellcats at the MSHS races also too. So you know it's been track and it's been awesome. These are Hellcats into the 8s

I do not have anything done to my engine so no Cam.

I Daily Drive my Hellcat in good weather and Dragrace when I can.

My husbands Top Cat Challenger has the bigger build had a custom CAM by BES/HHP installed. [email protected] races
8.50s with it.

YEAP! I always read the post looking and found good information, to the do mods in ma hellcat, here it is extremely difficult found people how know about those cars, I've been do the jobs for my own, after this transmission mods ail post my car with the mods, I can't do number in race for many reason, I hope to do it soon.

curious what converter options we have for the 8-speed tranny. I come from the GM world and an LSA or aftermarket triple disk, or for those running a 4-speed 4l60 or 4l80 a verter was an substantial upgrade. I just wonder how much of difference it makes when you have 8 speed/gears vs 4-6.
