STAR case number for crank

Does anyone have a STAR case number for their crank/start up problems? As figured the dealer couldn't figure it out as there are no codes or replicate it and cant do anything more unless there is evidence or something pointing to it, said they'd be able to do more if they have a case they can look up and use to look into it further.
