Stolen catalytic converter‘s are now the converter‘s fault ?

Well this is where we’re at now. When Hellcats gets stolen it’s the owners fault for parking in wrong spot. When people get shot it’s the guns fault. When people get fat it’s the sodas fault. Now when catalytic converter’s get stolen you guessed it it’s the Manufactures fault. It’s never ever the person fault. LOL
