They tried Uconnect and they weren't getting a response. The dealership stated they still had his keys, but he asked them how they knew it was his keys and not another car. No security camera... it sounds to me like it was an inside job. He went to the spot where the car was, no broken glass or tire marks, so it sounds fishy to me.
