Agreed. Go to a boat and RV storage site and see how much an enclosed unit will run you where you live. I rent a 13x30 unit with a 120v power outlet for $170 a month. Allows me to store a car, when not in use and keep it on a trickle charger as well. In CA I'll assume it's a bit more expensive though.
