Ok , so i first noticed this sound last night when i parked and left the car running. As i walked by the trunk area, i could hear what sounded like the beat you hear when someone is blasting music in their car with the windows up on high bass (boom boom boom boom boom boom .......). a very muffled beat though. Not sharp.

at first , i though i kidnapped someone and forgot about it. I forget a lot these days. So i checked. Nothing ....... i then checked to see if the radio was on or if i was connected to uconnect with music playing in the background. Nothing .....

anyone else experienced something similar ? and hopefully i explained it clearly. English is not my first language ...

Your English is fine..seems like that’s exactly what it is “the subwoofer” the old kicker system did something similarly annoying! I believe it was a faint ghost signal thing going on between the amp and woofer...you may have to live with it, I don’t believe anyone found out what’s causing it to do that back in the pre ‘15 days…if it’s real annoying to you try getting an audio shops opinion

Thanks to the two of you that suggested i look at the subwoofer. I will do that the next time i hear it. It doesn't annoy me i was just worried it could be something more serious

My '09 SRT did not have the subwoofer but if I remember correctly the problem did put a draw on the battery and they fixed it with software update to the system.
