Subwoofer Missing?

Wow! If that's the case, this system is terrible. No bass even when it's turned all the way up. About an hour ago I had my Galaxy playing through my radio and all of a sudden the volume just dropped to almost nothing.
Now I know what everyone is talking about. Not happy with it all.

If you lower the rear seat, you can slightly pull down the "front" of the cover of the rear deck (some of the fasteners seem magnetic) and if you get a strong flashlight, tilt your head way to the side, and have a couple of shots of MadDog 20/20; you can see the subs.
Also - I was puzzled by the lack of the Harman Kardon badge in my car that others showed over their front door speakers. I finally found some external evidence of my hard earned $2000 - check the inside of the door where the side mirror mounts and you will see the HK badge. (Well, I hope so; I have no idea why they worked so hard to hide it, though).

Please take the time to send him an email. Title it "Harman Kardon Audio Group FM/SXM Issues - Charger Hellcat" and hopefully with enough feedback, something is done.

My 2013 Dart has better sound quality than my hellcat.
I have HK in my current Mercedes and it's amazing. Best sounding system I've ever had (stock or aftermarket). I was planning on getting an upgrade anyway after hearing negative things about the HK, but hearing it sounds this bad is not good.
I have yet to read anyone but you who likes the audio quality from the FM/SXM sources. I'm sure they're out there, I just haven't seen them yet.Sorry to hear FC, guess some folks don't like but some do
