They are not that rare this one just tried to murder me tonight. (Not in this photo but I hope this guy got a shot of it)
I eased out on my launch nailed the throttle and I am 99% I lifted the front because I saw a lot of sky, it shifted into second, slammed down and in all that chaos as my phone that I was doing a data log with flew past my head from the change holder in the console, I forgot I was in M not D. So 1,2,3,4 shifts all fine and I am hauling. Until about 100 feet or so when i think it hit 5th? Then nose down no fuel booooooooo. I guess it doesn't care that its in M until 5th then is says no more fuel for you. Sucked too I ran a 9.8 at 130... That last 100 feet would probably been a mid to low 9 pass.

So watch out Super Stocks are out there...They can’t be reasoned with. They don't feel pity, or remorse, or fear. And they absolutely will not stop, ever, until you are dead!

I think rare only counts if it relates to HP or performance options. The fact that it is a certain color with a certain sticker and red seat belts with orange wheels won't make it more desirable, but what do I know

So happy we made the decision to trade the Charger Hellcat for our Super Stock. I know I should have bought a HEMI or 440+6 back in the day when they were $2500.00 used but I was 19 and headed to SE Asia. When I returned in 1975 gas was $0.76 a gallon and my 1971 Challenger RT Shaker was getting 9 miles to the gallon and I traded it for a 1974 360 Duster my dealer had sitting on his lot new. I guess with age it sometimes guides you in the right direction.

SUPER happy to have mine. I also like to drag race a few times per year and used to as a kid when my dad bought his GN. And I got a super deal on it. Waiting for 23' would have made the car impossible for me to have.

If I could get one for under invoice price again, I'd trade my 22 in and get one.
Even paying MSRP wouldn't feel right considering I wouldn't change or add much.
