I really wanted to order a SS in 23 but couldn't find an allocation for a decent ADM. I would pay 10k over for an SS all day long. Now I have the RE order in Im happy with that. They are all awesome cars.
If I was you, and could afford to keep the SS long term, I would do that. If it brings your life stress to owe a lot, I get that too. If the stress outweighs the joy you get from it, then get the SP. I think the Shaker is a great choice, long term. I drove a Scat for a bit and it was a blast.
