I was offered a dealer contact that had very good deals on their Hellcats. I contacted them, got a price, low fees otd the best I've seen so I want to place the order. Last minute I decided I wanted the red seat belts so the salesman goes to look and see if it's available as the Dodge site shows me that it is. Well, in their program, it doesn't list the SS as even being available to order at all. It isn't listed. He selected " sold order" but it just isnt there. It's been 24hrs and still no change on their computers. They don't know if it's a glitch or what.
Anyone here a dealer that can log in and see if its available or have any idea what is going on?
I'd appreciate the help.

Update. If you notice, the Jailbreaks have been removed as well. Waiting on his rep to call back but it's a Sat so.

Same issue I ran into yesterday when attempting to order from Koons. They do not know what is causing the problem. Hopefully we find out something soon.

I had the Alacantra interior but really wanted the Sepia so I had it priced. Turns out the cost is the same because you have to get the Alacantra appearance package as well.I was going with Koons but they told me the SS didnt qualify for the 1k rebate(it does). When I called them out, he corrected it but wouldnt add it to the buyers sheet and said you get the rebate that is offered at the time of delivery which is true. This other place locked in the 1k on the buyers sheet but if the rebate goes up, I get the higher amount. If it goes away I still get the 1k plus their processing fee is $300 less. Not sure where you are located or interested.

Depends on which Alcantara you want, there's two of them.

The first is Nappa/Alcantara and comes with Plus at no extra cost.

The second is Laguna/Alcantara and comes with the Alcantara Appearance Package for $1795 over and above Plus.

Don't know but I have heard there are part shortages at Brampton consistaly....so who knows?

Unfortunately, I just got off the phone with my Rep and he said currently the Super Stock and Challenger Hellcat RedEye Widebody are closed until further notice. He did not give me a reason why or when it will be available for ordering. I will continue to watch it and once it is available for ordering, let you know and proceed from there.
