So I buy both the front and the rear TCE conversion kits from HHP. I open the rear box, start the install. Nothing fits. I call HHP, they referred me to TCE. Ok say far. I soon find out they put the rear instructions in the box for the front. This would have been obvious if they had decent instructions to begin with. Ok simple mistake. Next I open the other box and the holes for the rotor hats are not large enough to to fit the stock studs on the car. I call TCE back. They tell me to just drill out the rotor hat myself? What, no offer to replace the rear rotors with ones that are correct for the car? So much for precision. Now I am using a hand drill to drill out a rotor hat on a car the will go 150 plus in the 1/4. $1600 for Junk quality control? A big do not buy in my opinion. Minimum they should have offered to pay for shipping back to them, and made the new stud holes and paid shipping back to me.

That shit would be going back to HHP if I bought it through them they would be the ones fixing it. If they refused or couldn’t I would be filing a credit card dispute and sending the stuff to them and they could return it to TEC and fight with them. Passing the buck, That’s unacceptable in my book

Been down this road a couple of times on parts. Didn’t settle then, and won’t settle now. Send it back and get your money back.

Lack of accountability between both companies. If you sell a product and act as a middle man for them (HHP) you should stand behind the product and handle the situation. Also, for TCE to tell you to just drill the holes bigger is absurd. Send it back. If they dont give your money back file a fraud charge with your bank and leave reviews. I havent had any issues with HHP thankfully.

My husband @Top Cat had 15inch conversion installed on his Hellcat back in 2015. Prior to that he also had them installed on my 2010 SRT8, done at Mr Norms garage by Tim Barth. They are made for our Heavy Cars.

Throughout the years I have seen posts on other forums about the extra work and the challenge it was to do the install. There are many parts in our Mopar world that are a challenge to install and may require some extra work to install.

Just installed these, destroyed my new D5 Beadlocks.

This was even with grinding. HHP support reached out to me and said they dont recommend the D5s because of barrel diameter. Asked them in reply what the barrel diameter was of the wheels they sell. No response… sure enough said **** it, bye bye ear…

now I get to sand the wheel barrel and hit it with wheel paint. 😡

Did you see who's brand Tim is selling?
Lots of new parts come to market.
Competition can cause better parts to be made. My husband ( @Top Cat ) pushed for aftermarket parts for our Hellcats.
The 6.1 SRT8s to get race parts was very difficult.

As far as brakes go, we just came out with our drag and street packages that will clear 15's. I am not sure on the rest of the suspension work needed but have a few customers transitioning to 15's and seeing what else they were needing to do.

It's always nice to have competition but in researching Aerospace products most are more about race cars. Most actual race cars are almost a couple of 1000lbs much lighter in weight of our cars.
Who's been T&T and R&D your brakes at the track? What is their ET and can you give us resultsfrom being Tested on 5000lb Hellcat?

Otherwise you are bringing paperwork marketing to this thread.

There are Shops and members that would be willing to test these brakes.

We have been manufacturing street systems for years along with our drag race brake kits. The street kits work for daily driven vehicles like the Hellcats without a problem.

The TCE Brake kits can be used to Daily Drive, but we all use them for the weight savings and reliability when drag racing.

Are the Aerospace ones just a street kit for DD and maybe some street racing?

The kits are the best of both worlds. We are originally a drag race oriented company. That has translated into our street kits as well. The kits are huge in weight savings, will be able to take to the track and beat them up and street drive it without a problem.
